upgraded frost queen to max makes it so the passive doesn't disable if u kill creeps.  Random thing I didn't know.  1st 2 tiers it gets disabled.  tier 3 it gets 1 charge every 10 seconds and pays out 15 per AA or ability cast.  

yep... Morello nerfs + that is why everyone rushes Frost Queen on AP mages now. The build path is a little ugly (double dorans > book > 1500 gold), but it's probably one of the best single-item thresholds you can hit as a mage nowadays.

Brand feels exactly the same as he did to me last season. I hope the "nerfs" are enough for the flavor of the month crowd to leave him alone so hes not banned anymore and I can play him in solo queue all day.

frost queen rush on morgana is like GDM reincarnated - only no Gp/10 required.  If you are in lane, frost queen is 15 gp/10.  Obviously, not consistent income, but even on a support, the gold earned goes way, way up.  And the active is completely worth it (4 second slow and vision).  I wonder what change they will make to cause it to be less desirable to APs in other lanes and if that wrecks support utilization.  

I feel like lissandra could really use a damage oriented buff.  They gave her that crappy buff when she self casts her ult she gets a little more healing. She has a decent kit already that does allow for counter play, but she lacks damage and certainly seems to fall off as games go along.

Not sure if anyone knows, but you can finally buy elixirs while dead!

She's a mobile Zyra, good ones already wreck team fights.

They probably will have to make some changes and maybe not just because AP Mids like the item.  The active is really really good and the gold gained over the game is pretty crazy for Supports that use it well.

I played Support Zyra the other day with Thunderlord's and Frost Queen rush.  I ended up doing the most damage in the game and 1v1'd the enemy Fizz at one point.  Of course my Normal MMR is crap right now so it's probably not a good example.

I would assume that Frost Queens and Thunderlords are both getting nerfed next patch.  They are both pretty op right now.

I was watching Sneaky's stream last night and there were 8 people with Thunderlords in game.  The only people who didn't have it was a tank support who took Bond of Stone (the enemy Thresh took Thunderlords btw) and Sneaky, who accidently took the wrong masteries and meant to take Thunderlords.

yah - did the same on morg and had very similar results.  Made like 1200 gold on the item from its on hit gold and had close to highest dmg on champ.  

I did a little math re: renekton w/ thunderlords.  It's weaker and weaker feeling early... by like level 5-6 theres really no comparison.  I think you guys are right and that it will get nerfed.  Wonder what the next goto will be...  

oh and did we confirm that poppys shield thing stops zac's e?

Poppy's shield does stop Zac E, I played against one last night and was able to consistently block his engage. It also blocks bards tunnel, if you touch someone going through it, it will pop them out midway
